Connect with Counseling & Psychiatric Services
Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) offers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more.

Same day appointments
Drop-in screenings are available in person at CAPS in the Center for Community (C4C), Suite N352.
Same-day screenings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are recommended to show up to the CAPS office by 8:30 a.m. that morning. Appointments are prioritized for PES students on Wednesdays 1-3 p.m.

Dr. Ehrnstrom鈥檚 office is located at the C4C N352 (in the CAPS office). She works on campus on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

Office of Victim Assistance
The Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) works towards a safer, more socially just and supportive campus community by providing culturally relevant trauma response and prevention services. OVA's services are free and confidential and include providing information, support, short-term trauma-focused counseling and advocacy. Advocacy can include academic advocacy and corresponding with professors and other academic officials on a survivor's behalf.
Additionally, OVA can provide additional presentations upon request such as: Supporting Survivors, Vicarious Trauma, or Love Shouldn鈥檛 Hurt. If you are interested in OVA鈥檚 services please view OVA鈥檚 list of presentations and complete a 鈥減resentation request form鈥 at the link provided.
