Indemnification
The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the Â鶹Դ´ is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.
Â鶹Դ´ is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. Â鶹Դ´ cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. Â鶹Դ´ shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
